We offer ongoing events from November through April. We support local teachers and presenters and host workshops for out-of-town presenters. Our event schedule - updated regularly - is available for viewing below. We welcome your inquiries and participation.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide and support enlivening and informative events to the local and visiting community of La Manzanilla. We organize our work around the following principles. All donations received are used to support activities at Casa Luz, or are given as donations to local families and groups.

La Manzanilla is a small, mainland pueblo of 1500 situated on Tenacatita Bay on the southern Jalisco coast. It is located 3 hours south of Puerto Vallarta and one hour north of Manzanillo. The pueblo was traditionally a fishing village, and remains so, although some locals are now providing services to a small and growing foreign community.
